We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Solution Architect in Riyadh to lead solution design and technical delivery across ITOM, CSDM and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF). Enterprise architecture experience and deep ServiceNow technical expertise matter most here. This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.
The Role
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs
- Lead technical solution design for ITOM, CMDB, CSDM and related data integration
- Set architecture standards, technical specifications and implementation approaches
- Guide development teams through complex configuration, customisation and integration challenges
- Support Discovery, Service Mapping and operational data management solutions
- Design or oversee workflows and integrations using Workflow Data Fabric
- Run technical reviews and make sure platform best practice is followed
- Provide technical leadership to stakeholders and implementation teams
- Spot architectural risks and recommend improvements
What You Bring
- Extensive hands-on ServiceNow technical implementation experience
- Strong solution architecture capability across ITOM, CMDB and CSDM
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs and ServiceNow data architecture
- A track record designing complex enterprise ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to turn business requirements into robust technical designs
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical delivery
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architecture expertise
- Certified Master Architect (CMA) or comparable advanced platform experience
- Relevant ITOM and ServiceNow implementation certifications
- Experience with Workflow Data Fabric capabilities and implementation patterns
