Organisation: A major enterprise in Riyadh
A major enterprise in Riyadh needs a hands-on leader to own its ServiceNow platform day to day. You will keep it stable, governed and improving, and run delivery across internal teams and partners. This is an urgent hire and we are shortlisting now.
The Role
- Keep the ServiceNow platform stable and running well, and keep improving it
- Run platform governance, release planning and service performance
- Build the platform roadmap in line with IT and business priorities
- Lead ITOM, CMDB, CSDM and integration work
- Manage enhancements, incidents, changes, risks and delivery commitments
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and delivery partners
- Make sure ServiceNow architecture standards and best practice are followed
- Drive platform adoption and service improvement
What You Bring
- Experience leading an enterprise ServiceNow platform or ServiceNow delivery function
- Strong ITOM, CMDB and CSDM knowledge, plus platform governance
- Experience managing technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Background in ITSM, agile delivery and enterprise integrations
- Clear communication in complex, large-scale IT environments
Desirable: ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITSM or CIS-Discovery, plus ITIL or project/service delivery certifications.
