We are hiring five ServiceNow Developers in Riyadh to build and improve an enterprise ServiceNow platform. The focus is IT Operations Management (ITOM), the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF). This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.
The Role
- Design, build, configure and improve ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Implement and support ITOM, including Discovery, Event Management and Service Mapping
- Support CMDB data structures, CSDM alignment and configuration data quality
- Write server-side and client-side scripts in JavaScript
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub and related platform tools
- Support workflow automation and enterprise data connectivity, including Workflow Data Fabric
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve platform performance
- Take part in technical design, testing, deployment and documentation
What You Bring
- Hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform configuration skills
- Practical knowledge of ITOM, CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and integrations
- Understanding of ServiceNow development standards and upgrade-safe configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills
Preferred
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow ITOM implementation certifications
- Exposure to Workflow Data Fabric, data integration or advanced enterprise automation
