We are hiring two ServiceNow Developers in Riyadh who specialise in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Service Mapping. The focus is improving enterprise configuration data, mapping application services and giving clearer visibility across IT infrastructure. This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.
The Role
- Develop, configure and improve ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping capabilities
- Implement and maintain Discovery patterns, identification rules and reconciliation
- Configure CI classes, relationships and service data structures
- Build and maintain service maps showing how applications and infrastructure depend on each other
- Support alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Troubleshoot Discovery and Service Mapping issues
- Support MID Server configuration and connectivity where needed
- Write scripts, integrations and automation to improve CMDB accuracy and completeness
- Work with infrastructure, operations and architecture teams
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB implementation and development experience
- Practical experience with Service Mapping and ServiceNow Discovery
- Understanding of configuration items, service relationships and CMDB governance
- JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
- Familiarity with MID Servers, identification and reconciliation
- Understanding of CSDM principles and CMDB Health
- Ability to diagnose data quality, Discovery and Service Mapping issues
Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping or other relevant ServiceNow credentials.
