A global IT services and consulting leader is looking for a ServiceNow Delivery Manager in the UAE who brings real platform depth as well as strong delivery leadership.
The Role
- Lead ServiceNow projects, programmes or managed service delivery
- Own teams, timelines, risk and quality across engagements
- Act as the trusted delivery lead for senior client stakeholders
- Guide technical decisions across ITSM and the wider platform
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery and service performance
What You Bring
- Strong ServiceNow delivery and implementation experience with genuine technical depth
- ITSM plus wider platform knowledge
- Senior stakeholder management
- ITIL certification is beneficial
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE or wider Middle East experience is valuable
