We are hiring two ServiceNow Business Analysts in Riyadh to support enterprise ServiceNow delivery across ITOM, CSDM and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF). You will be the bridge between the business and the technical team, making sure what gets built meets real operational needs and platform standards. This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.
The Role
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate and document requirements
- Run workshops and turn business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Analyse ITOM processes, service data models and integration requirements
- Support CSDM adoption, CMDB data governance and workflow improvement
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects and platform owners
- Define acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and automate
- Keep requirements traceable, documented and aligned with delivery
What You Bring
- Proven Business Analyst experience on ServiceNow implementation or enhancement programmes
- Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and CSDM
- Experience documenting business processes, functional requirements and user stories
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Familiarity with Agile, testing and change management
- Clear communication between business and technical teams
Desirable: Exposure to Workflow Data Fabric, enterprise integrations and ServiceNow certifications.
