We are hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst in Riyadh with experience on enterprise integration projects. You will work with technical teams and business stakeholders to make sure integrations between ServiceNow and business-critical applications are clearly defined, documented, tested and delivered. This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.
The Role
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for integrations
- Run requirements workshops across business and technical teams
- Document integration use cases, process flows, interface requirements and data mappings
- Turn business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support API and system integration requirement discussions
- Help with gap analysis, impact assessments and process improvement
- Work with integration specialists, developers and solution architects
- Support integration testing, UAT and defect resolution
- Keep requirements traceable and documentation up to date
What You Bring
- Business Analyst experience on ServiceNow or enterprise integration programmes
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs and data flows
- Experience with business requirements, process mapping and functional specifications
- Ability to work with technical teams and read integration documentation
- Familiarity with testing, Agile and delivery lifecycles
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable: ServiceNow platform knowledge, IntegrationHub experience and familiarity with Workflow Data Fabric.
