We are hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst in Riyadh with specialist knowledge of CMDB and Service Mapping. You will support enterprise configuration management and service visibility work, turning what the business needs into clear requirements for the technical team. This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.
The Role
- Gather and document requirements for CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping
- Run workshops with infrastructure, application and operations teams
- Define business rules, data requirements and service mapping use cases
- Support CI classification, relationships and data ownership definitions
- Analyse CMDB completeness, accuracy and data governance needs
- Turn requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Work with developers, architects and technical stakeholders
- Support testing, UAT, documentation and implementation
- Contribute to CSDM adoption and ongoing service data improvement
What You Bring
- Proven Business Analyst experience on ServiceNow projects
- Solid functional knowledge of CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping
- Understanding of configuration management and IT service management principles
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Strong documentation, communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and UAT
Desirable: Experience with CSDM, CMDB Health dashboards, data governance and ServiceNow certifications.
