Ameera Talent Solutions is working with a leading IT Consulting authority in Riyadh on a digital transformation initiative. We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to join an elite team driving innovation, technology integration, and change at a national level.
About the Role
This role will place you at the heart of strategic IT projects, managing critical deliverables in a fast-paced environment. As Project Manager, you will oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met—every time.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and liaise with executive stakeholders, shaping the future of digital governance in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects.
- Develop project charters, scopes, plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Lead risk assessment, mitigation, and change control processes.
- Align project deliverables with business and regulatory objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance standards are upheld.
- Use MS Project or equivalent tools for project tracking and reporting.
- Drive effective communication across departments, partners, and vendors.
- Build and maintain a high-performance project team.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP certification from PMI (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT, public sector, or transformation projects.
- Strong grasp of project lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and tech project environments.
- Confident in planning, risk management, and change management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written). Arabic is a bonus.
