A global IT services and consulting leader is establishing a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence covering Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC, and is appointing a Director to lead it.
The Role
- Build and lead the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence for Abu Dhabi and the GCC
- Define platform standards, governance, best practice and reusable assets
- Grow capability through hiring, certification paths and knowledge sharing
- Support pre-sales and solutioning for strategic clients
- Partner with delivery leaders to raise quality and consistency
What You Bring
- Senior ServiceNow leadership, ideally having built or led a practice or CoE
- Broad platform knowledge across ITSM and wider modules
- Strong client-facing and executive presence
- GCC experience is an advantage
